Your rent is due on the first day of the month. However, we understand circumstances can arise. That’s why we offer a grace period up to the third.
We accept checks, bank information from Buildium and e-transfers to rent@arcticowl.ca. We do not accept personal checks or cash for rental payments.
Please reference the resident portal and our 24/7 maintenance center (506 701-2727) Option 2 as the fastest responses. Emails can also be sent to maint@arcticowl.ca.
You are required to give us 60 days’ notice to vacate. A member of our team will contact you 90-120 days before your lease expiration to discuss renewal options.
