What the forms on this site collect, why, where it goes, what the site counts, and who to ask.
What the forms collect
The rental analysis form: the property address and type, the number of units, your name, your email and, if you give it, your phone. The repair request form: your name, address and unit, phone, email if given, the problem, any photos you add, and whether we may enter. The contact form: your name, email, phone if given, and your message.
Why
To answer you: to prepare the rental analysis, to arrange the repair, or to reply to the message.
Where a form goes
What you send is saved on our own server and posted to a private channel the office reads on Discord. Your IP address is held in memory for at most 11 minutes. That stops one connection sending a form over and over. It is never saved with what you send.
Photos
Photos you add to a repair request are kept on our own server with the request. They are not posted to Discord or sent anywhere else.
What this site counts
On our own server, the site counts which pages are opened, and when someone taps a phone number, or starts or sends a form. Each count records the page, the button and the time, and nothing else: no name, address, message, IP address, cookie or device identifier. No analytics company is involved. The counts show us which pages help owners and tenants reach the office.
