Every fee includes HST (15 percent). Long-term residential rent is HST-exempt, so a landlord cannot claim it back. On a unit renting at $1,395 a month, management is $83.70 a month and placing a tenant is $697.50, once. Standard maintenance is $45 an hour up to the monthly amount you authorize; anything above that waits for your approval. Renovations are quoted per job. Last reviewed 2026-10-20.
